Heavy Rain Is “On Time”

PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain is "on time, on budget" according to Quantic Dream.

Speaking to Games Industry, Guillaume de Fondaumiere CEO of Quantic Dream said he is pleased with the game's progress.

"We delivered the alpha of the game on April 15 - on time, on budget - so we're pretty happy." he said.

"It also has a lot to do with the way that publishers interact with developers. I must say that we've enjoyed a great relationship with Sony."

"You don't have to worry about whether the publisher is going to pay you, whether they're going to accept this and this," he added.
