The Cardboard Tube Samurai is set to be a pre-order costume in Tekken 6.
Reports surfaced that the Cardboard Tube Samurai might appear in the highly-anticipated fighting game when official Tekken 6 Twitter account, Tekkenbob, posted a link to this image, which shows what looks very much like the Cardboard Tube Samurai in full 3D.
No real details were given, but a banner ad now appearing on the Penny Arcade website (viewable below) reads "Pre-Order now to get a CTS outfit for Yoshimitsu!" which seems to lay the whole thing to rest.
We're somewhat sad our favourite cardboard-wielding wanderer won't be appearing as a character in his own right, but seeing Yoshimitsu's head in that outfit should more than make up for it.
