EverCracked! The Documentary Trailer

Sony Online and The Jace Hall Show have teamed up to create a documentary on the MMO, EverQuest.

In 'EverQuest: EverCracked!' the developers behind the game talk about the trials that faced them before the launch, and about the enormous success EQ has enjoyed over the last ten years. The film includes brand new footage and interviews with many of the industry's leading moguls, including the people behind World of Warcraft.

However, with Jace Hall involved, don't expect a totally humor-free film, as seen in the trailer below.

 “EverQuest was such an influential title; many people don’t realize just how daunting of a task it was to create,” said Jace Hall, President of HD Films. “With this documentary we were able to tell the epic story of the game and the people behind it while incorporating the light-hearted signature of the Jace Hall Show.”

Get a glimpse of the film, which will be shown at the 2009 Fan Faire in Las Vegas on 26 June, in this new trailer.
