Yamaha Supercross Announced For DS And Wii

Zushi Games has announced Yamaha Supercross, a new racing title for the DS and Wii.

In the game, players take on the role of the younger brother of a Supercross rider who was hospitalised in the final race of the World Championships by his nemesis from...erm... Team Nemeshisu.

As part of Team Yamaha, players will be tasked with rising through the ranks before eventually taking avenging your brother’s loss. The game will feature a single player Championship Mode (which includes three Championship series), an Arcade Mode for quick challenges and a Ghost Mode for time trials. The tracks are described as “realistic” and will feature jumps, whoops and rhythm sections (as in real life?) and variable weather conditions will affect bike handling and performance.
