South Peak Games has released a dark new trailer for the upcoming World War II action title, Velvet Assassin.
The video shows a variety of kill methods by Violette Summer, a British spy behind enemy lines disrupting the Nazi war effort. Players re-live her experiences as she presumably lies dying in bed, the 'dreams' assisted with regular morphine shots.
According to the developers, Velvet Assassin focusses on the players' wits instead of flashy weapons and technical marvels. The game is scheduled for release on the 8 May in the UK for the Xbox 360 and PC.
