Need For Speed: Shift Not Delayed

EA has denied rumours it's upcoming and revitalised Need For Speed game for the next gen consoles, Shift, has been delayed.

After being unveiled at an event in London last week, keen followers of the franchise can still expect the game to be released 17 September in Europe, while the North American territories would see the game a couple of days later on 22 September.

The new released date was rumoured in a post on NFSPlanet, with the European release date set for 24 September, however there is no word one whether the North American release date will change, however the game is still set for the orignal release date.

Need For Speed: Shift is a long anticipated title that promises to deliver that unparalleled driving experience that was initially associated with the title.
