Atari will announce the release date for Champions Online in Western territories on 8 May.

The superhero MMO, being developed with the assistance of industry legend Bill Roper, will be released for PC in both the US and Europe sometime this summer.

Update: The release date announcement  embargo was broken so we can now confirm the game will be released on July 14th.
