For the second time in less than two weeks Blizzard's RTS community manager, Kevin Yu, has responded to fan concerns about the lack of StarCraft II development updates.
The last message to fans was about quality, in which Yu stated that Blizzard usually holds back information until it's "up to par". This time, Yu addressed the issue of fan feedback itself, explaining just how Blizzard handles content updates.
"[Blizzard] do listen to all of these and we do take a lot of feedback as well. Though at the end of the day, trust that we know what we are doing," wrote Yu.
Yu also said Blizzard tries to consolidate its responses into the Q&A Batches, also translating them into all of Blizzard's supported languages. Newer batches also include chats with the developers, with over 400 fan questions answered so far.
Yu finished by saying that Blizzard "will continue to answer more questions as things heat up towards StarCraft II beta. But again, we need your help in getting those solid questions."
