Runes of Magic: New Ravenfell Zone

Frogster has introduced a new zone to its hugely popular free to play MMO, Runes of Magic.

RoM has only been out three weeks, but an entire new area aimed at players between the levels 45 - 50 has just been added to the game. Ravenfell has a Caribbean setting, with pirates and ships for players to interact with. Several new quests have been added, bringing the total of quests in RoM so far to over 1,600.

However, it's not only the players with high level characters that stand to benefit from this update; mid-level characters can try out the 'Ruins of the Dwarf Kingdom', a dungeon where players face evil the Ice Dwarves. The new player experience has also been streamlined and reworked, and the localisation has been revamped.

Another instance due to appear in RoM soon is the Treasure Trove; judging by the name, it's our guess this will be based in the new area 'Ravenfell', which can be seen in the new screenshots below.
