Bionic Commando Dated

Capcom has announced Bionic Commando is due for a UK release on 22 May.

The franchise has been revived, 20 years after the original's release on the NES and sees the return of Nathan 'Rad' Spencer, the former government operative with the amazing bionic arm.

Following a devastating terrorist attack on Ascension City, former special ops type Nathan Spencer is recalled to action by the very government that betrayed him and tasked with restoring peace. The game will utilise the same Bionic Arm swing action that defined the original, only now you'll have a 3D world at your disposal. Spencer has also learned some new moves and you'll be able to use the arm to fling objects and enemies as well as traversing Ascension City.

We featured the game in our Most Anticipated Games of 2009 video feature which you can find here.
