New Tomb Raider DLC Detailed

Eidos has revealed details of the next DLC pack for the Xbox 360 version of Tomb Raider: Underworld.

Lara’s Shadow sees the introduction of a new playable character into the Tomb Raider universe, the Doppelganger. Surprisingly enough, the Doppelganger looks just like Lara although she has a few new tricks up her sleeve. She is both stronger and faster than Lara and, while Lara explores the environments, the Doppelganger can use her power advantage to “bust through levels.”

The DLC is also set to feature more melée combat and large, subterranean caverns which the development team claim will be “jaw-dropping.”

Lara’s Shadow is exclusive to the Xbox 360 and is due for release later this month. In the meantime check out the latest developer diary which shows off the Doppelganger’s abilities.
