Early STALKER Build Released

GSC Game World, developer of STALKER, has released an early build of the game to the public.

The build, dubbed "xrCore build 1935," was the build of the game from October 18th 2004. You can find a variety of places to download it at that link.

Shacknews reports that the build includes several levels that were not in the finished game, including Dead City, Swamps, and Generator.

This is the second early build of STALKER that we've seen. An extremely early build of the game, named build 1096, was leaked in late 2003 - four years before the eventual release of the game in 2007.
