Killzone 2 DLC Details Rumoured

An anonymous source is rumoured to have commented on the forthcoming DLC for Killzone 2, according to Dutch site PS3Hype.nl.

According to their source, there will be both paid and free DLC of various types. Not only will there be new maps and game modes, but also "Retro Maps", presumably converted from the first Killzone game. Perhaps more interesting is that Guerilla is supposedly working on an ingame store, similar to Metal Gear Solid 4, where earned points can be used to purchase different clothing options and upgrades.

We reiterate that at this stage these are nothing more than rumours, however, so don't get too excited. We've put in a call to Sony and will update as more information comes out. While you wait, see what we thought about the game here.

UPDATE: Sony have responded, stating that they do not comment on rumours, so we'll have to wait until they're ready to make an official announcement.
