Blizzard Denies Using WoW Staff For StarCraft II
 Andy Alderson

Blizzard has responded to rumours that it has moved staff from WoW content development to work on Stracraft II and Diablo III.

According to StarCraftWire.net, a rumour has been circulating that Blizzard has slowed down the develoment of new WoW content in order to ensure that Starcraft II and Diablo III are finished earlier.

However, a Blizzard spokesperson has denied the rumour, stating "This isn’t really true at all. There are separate development teams fully staffed for each project."

The Blizzard rep also added that the perception that WoW content development had slowed down was misguided.

"The actual internal development pace has changed very little over time. If anything, content is developed more quickly now than it was when the game began."
