3 on 3 NHL Arcade Out Now

EA Sports has launched 3 on 3 NHL Arcade on Playstation Network today.

The arcade hockey title, from the same team behind NHL '09,  is available to download now at a price of $9.99 USD (£6.29 GBP). It offers 3 on 3 online action, trophies and leaderboard support.

3 on 3 NHL Arcade features 40 of the NHL's best players and big hits, big heads and power ups are the order of the day. There are no rules to get in the way of the wanton violence and with eight different power ups dropping onto the ice, it's easy to turn the tide of a close game.

EA Sports has kindly offered 2 control schemes as well: one basic set which allows players to pass, shoot, hit and use the skill moves with ease and the more advanced trick stick controls from the excellent NHL 09.

The Xbox 360 version of the game is due for release on Xbox LIVE next week.
