Mystery Packages Hint At New WAR Content

Mythic Entertainment has distributed a number of mystery packages which offer clues to upcoming content for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

Brothers Keen and Greave's online gaming blog reveals they received a strange package from the WAR publisher last week.

Containing orange hair dye, some hair clippers and a message prophesising more to come on 29 January, it was initially thought that the package referred to character customisation options which could be added in the upcoming 1.1.1 patch. 

However, after a little detective work, the brothers found the following info which ties in nicely to the package:

"A notable aspect to Dwarf culture is the Slayer Oath. A Dwarf who has suffered a great shame, loss, or humiliation will dye his hair and beard orange, and cut it into a Mohawk using pig grease to stick it in place."

Now they believe the Dwarf Slayer may soon be added to the game.

Another Warhammer blog, The Greenskin, received a package this week containing a DVD of Predator with "Go to 1:16:06" written on the front. The time corresponds to Arnie's classic "Get to tha' choppa!" line leading The Greenskin to surmise that the Orc Choppa career may be with us by the end of the month.
