LotRO Welcome Back Week

Codemasters are inviting players back to their MMORPG with a special Welcome Back event.

Between the 2nd February until 9th February, 2009, Codemasters are inviting players back to Lord of the Rings Online.  The offer includes a week's free gameplay and there are planned in-game events with the Anniversary Tokens alsomaking a comeback.

Players don't have to do anything to take part, just update the game client to the latest patch and then logon. After the free week is over accounts will return to normal. Further details on the events can be found on Codemasters news update.

If you have not ventured into the Mines of Moria and checked out the latest updates then this is an ideal opportunity to get back into the game, and based on all the new content added for the Mines of Moria (see review) we think it's worth checking out.
