Square Enix has announced it will release Star Ocean: Second Evolution for the PSP across Europe and PAL territories on 13 February.
Second Evolution, an enhanced remake of Star Ocean: The Second Story, will feature a revised game engine, new fully-voiced cutscenes (displayed in 16:9 widescreen) and an improved battle system.
"2009 is set to be a landmark year for the STAR OCEAN series," said Square Enix CEO John Yamamoto.
"I’m delighted that new fans can continue to experience this classic series with the release of STAR OCEAN: Second Evolution for PSP and I hope players are excitedly looking forward to the forthcoming release of STAR OCEAN: The Last Hope."
