The ANKAMA group, creators of the MMORPG Dofus, are to release Islands of Wakfu in conjunction with Microsoft next year.
Islands of Wakfu is being touted as an "adventure/beat'em all style game" in the similar animated style to their MMORPG Dofus . The game can be played by two players in team mode and will also showcase new background content from the world of DOFUS and Wakfu.
The game expected to hit Xbox LIVE Arcade late 2009. and is ANKAMA's first title on next-gen systems.
