Sega’s OutRun Is Back

Sega has just announced it’ll be bringing back OutRun as a PSN and Xbox LIVE game early next year.

Called OutRun Online Arcade, it’s a storming return for the game and will come in High Definition, next generation quality and will be developed by Sheffield-based Sumo Digital.

There are 15 courses to race and are all reminiscent of the classic game, travelling through the steep streets of San Francisco to the long beaches of California.

There are 10 high performance, fully licensed Ferrari’s to choose from as well as that all important soundtrack.

OutRun Online Arcade also supports multiplayer racing for up to six people with timed attack modes as well a list of achievements and trophies to collect, depending on which platform your racing on.
