Fable II Content Delayed

Lionhad has announced that the DLC pack for Fable 2, Knothole Island, will be released in January 2009 as opposed to the original December date.

The expansion has fallen back “[d]ue to unexpected technical difficulties” according to a statement, which goes on to say the content can be expected late in January.

This also means the Knothole Island Download and Win is now “scheduled to take place December 22 - 23, 2008, has been temporarily suspended.”

The official site asks for gamers to check back for updates, implying that even the January date may not be set in stone.
