Blizzard has revealed that players of World of Warcraft can now re-customise their characters, but it comes at a price.
Gamersnot happy with their World of Warcraft toon can now go back to thedrawingboard and re-customise their characters. This new feature givesWoW players the chance to change the character's gender, face, hair andskin color, hairstyle, name, and other cosmetic features determined bytheir race and gender combination.
Blizzard have monetised thisfeature and are charging $15.00 for the service which covers a singlecharcater on an account. Characters can also only be customised onceevery 30 days and the change cannot be reversed unless another fee ispaid.
While the new feature may be welcomed by players who havebeen wanting to change their character's appearance for many years, players can not change their character's race or class.
Blizzard are becoming the masters at monetising features and this latest addition should add to their ever-expanding coffers.
