Video Games Live (VGL), if you've not heard of them before, are a live orchestra that perform some of the most popular music scores from videogames.

So what's the story?

EMI Classics has teamed up with the composers of the VGL to bring you their best hits on CD.

Aptly named Volume One, the CD highlights some of the best show segments from some of the many performances VGL have given.

We'll be giving a few of these CDs in the next few weeks, and we'll also be talking to the composers and creators behind VGL, such as Jack Wall and Tommy Talarico.

We've seen them live and we know how good they are.  If you can't wait to win a CD then get yourself down to your nearest music retailer, who should have it.
