Jumpgate Evolution Creating Tension

In an interview with IncGamers, Hermann Peterscheck has said that forthcoming space-action simulator will feature faction tensions.

"The thing that is cool is that we’re trying to create some tension, and it’s not going to be obvious to you, but we want you to ask 'who caused this event to happen?', 'what was their intention?', 'is it good or bad?'.

Peterscheck also said that he was happy to start this story line on the basics of three major nations which are "tentatively co-operating" to rebuild the galaxy.

"This is a really good way to start an MMO actually because it allows you to have a lot of creative freedom."

"What we plan to do, when the game launches, is to continue into the story deeper and deeper by adding more content into the game to stay ahead of the players."
