Fable II DLC Announced

Lionhead has announced it plans to release a premium DLC pack for Fable II in mid-December.

The expansion will add a new area, Knothole Island, formerly a tropical paradise now covered with snow. The islanders are freezing and your hero must complete the trials of the three shrines to bring back the sun.

Lionhead also plans to release a free co-op pack allowing you to play with those who have downloaded the Knothole Island expansion. However, both players will need to have purchased the premium DLC pack to open up the area in co-op.

Those who download either pack will receive free gifts including Knight's Boots, Assassins Gloves, a special Weight Loss Potion, collectible silver book and more.

Both DLC packs will be made available in mid-December via Xbox LIVE. The Knothole Island pack will cost 800 MS Points.
