Mines of Moria Launches


Turbine's expansion Lord of the Rings Online: Mines of Moria has officially launched today.

After a klengthy beta test periodm, adventurers can now enjoya further 10 character levels, the new underground Moria zone, the two new classes Rune-keeper and Warden, the much-talked about Legendary Items system and more. Jeffrey Steefel,Executive Producer at Turbine added:

"LOTRO has establisheditself as one of the world’s premium MMOs for successfully integratingstory into a game that features innovative and entertaining advancementthrough an immersive and breathtaking world. LOTRO willraise the bar with the introduction of Legendary Items, a massive newsystem that will let players advance unique and powerful weapons anditems that grow in might alongside their hero. These unique andpowerful weapons will be by our players’ sides to aid in thechallenging adventures that await them as we continue to journeythrough Middle-earth through the next several volumes of the game inyears to come.”
