There are rumours kicking around claiming that Dead Rising for the Wii has been given a release date.
The date, according to posts on Kotaku, has been set for February 19, but this is only for the Japanese release.
There are still no tremors from the East in the form of a release date for the European territories, or for North America for that matter, but we suspect we'll see it drag it's way to our stores two weeks after it has drained Japan.
Being on the Wii you can expect to shoot hoards of evil zombies using the Wiimote.
