CCP has announced that the upcoming expansion for EVE Online, Quantum Rise, is due for release this month.
The Icelandic developer confirmed the ninth free expansion for EVE Online will land on 11 November. Gamers are already enjoying the fruits of the first part of the Quantum Rise expansion, taking part in 1000 player battles with "minimal lag".
The second part of the expansion will include new in-game subscription services, user interface changes, rebalanced ship speeds and ten new music tracks by EVE composer Realx.
