Red Octane has offered advice to Guitar Hero: World Tour users who have encountered problems with the game's drum peripheral.
According to Kotaku, the velocity-recognition system is not working for some, with other users reporting complete pad failures. Red Octane has responded by posting on its official forums advising those with problems to check batteries, cables, connections and to swap the cymbals to see if the problem is isolated to one pad.
Some users are also reporting compatibility issues with Guitar Hero peripherals and the PS3 version of Rock Band 2, despite Sony's claim that they will work together.
