Sacred 2 Console Versions Dated

The release date for the console port of Ascaron's action RPG Sacred 2: Fallen Angel has been tentatively announced this morning.

The 360 and PS3 version of the RPG will appear in the first quarter of 2009 according to publisher Deep Silver and Ascaron. The date has been set to give the development team time to work on the online components. Heiko tom Felde, CEO of Ascaron added:

"We have committed ourselves to offering gamers nothing but top quality. In order to be able to further optimize the online components of the console versions, and ensure a simultaneous release world-wide, we have chosen to aim for this release date for the console versions"
