Intel will be introducing their new CPU architecture labeled Core i7 next month.

With all the whistles and bells it looks to be promising for gamers.

Most notable features being higher level of on-die feature integration, less power consumption and improved performance-per-watt, and the implementation of different CPU sockets and platforms.

The CPUs will be introduced to the market before long, but won't be mainstraim in the consumer market until next year, which will bring down the price significantly.
