In-game adverts have appeared in Burnout Paradise promoting Barack Obama's campaign for the US presidency.
According to Jalopnik, the ads were spotted by Xbox 360 gamers and EA has released a statement confirming its ad stratregy.
"Like most television, radio and print outlets, we accept advertising from credible political candidates", said the statement. "Like political spots on the television networks, these ads do not reflect the political policies of EA or the opinions of its development team."
