Wii Music Dated

Nintendo has confirmed Wii Music will be released across Europe on 14 November.

The game is set to feature 50 music tracks and over 60 instruments, including saxophone, steel drums and bass guitar. Players simply move the Wii-mote in a style appropriate to the instrument being used and the software converts the movements into musical notes.

The core of Wii Music will be the 'Jam' mode which allows you to play as part of a six-piece band. With the choice of Quick Play and Custom Jam options, players can dive right into the game, or customise their songs (e.g by choosing musical style, tempo, instruments, venue etc). Songs can then be saved as video files (with their own custom record sleeves) and shared with friends via WiiConnect24.
