Rockstar has confirmed Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will not be aimed at a family audience.
"No-one disagreed with Sam [Houser, Rockstar]’s very clear edict that GTA has to be an M rating,” Rockstar's Dan Houser told Edge magazine. "It can’t be softened to make it family-friendly – that’s not the game we’re making. We’ve never not done well by sticking to our guns."
Edge also revealed that the DS title will feature a drug-dealing minigame in which the player has to sell six types of real-world drugs around the city. Good luck getting that one past the Australian censors.
