Mythic has launched theirt MMORPG Warhammer Online today to the masses.
Touted as the next big thing in the world of MMORPGs, Mythic has finally launched Warhammer Online. Mark Jacobs, co-founder and general manager of Mythic addded:
“The Day of Reckoning is finally at hand and I am pleased to invite players to take their first steps into the Warhammer Fantasy universe. The stage is set and the combatants are ready - it’s time to go to WAR!”
The Warhammer developers have been busy shouting about how the game is better that World of Warcraft this week and now the gamers will decide whether this latest addition to the genre truly is the next big thing. Next month we'll see how well the game is doing as the free monthly subscriptions run out.
In related news, Mark Jacobs also posted an open letter to the WAR community welcoming players to the game.
