Activision is set to release a new James Bond game every year, according to analysts Cowen and Company.
Speaking at Activision Blizzard's Analyst Day, Cowen and Company's Doug Cruetz revealed the company's intention.
"James Bond will become an annual franchise," he said, "which we had not necessarily expected given the lack of an accompanying movie next year."
Activision secured the rights to make Bond games (previously held by EA) two years ago and is currently producing a game based on the upcoming film, Quantum of Solace. The game is being developed by Treyarch and will utilise the Call of Duty 4 engine.
