Animal Crossing Bundle Announced

The Wii version of the famous DS game, Animal Crossing, will be bundled with the new WiiSpeak voice chat peripheral and will cost $69.99 USD when it’s released later this year.

A recent managers’ conference in Las Vagas confirmed the price and was reported on Destructiod.

Using the new peripheral players will be able to travel to each others’ towns and talk to anyone on their friends list.  You will not be able to talk to strangers.  And they won’t be able to offer you any sweets.

The game is due out in Japan later this year, but still no word on western release dates.
