Capcom has hinted that the classic Resident Evil control system will be revamped for Resident Evil 5.
At E3 in July, Capcom producer Jun Takeuchi mentioned that the control system for Resident Evil 5 may change by the time of the Tokyo Game Show in October.
According to Kotaku, following yesterday's Microsoft media briefing Takeuchi confirmed the new controls would be on display at the Tokyo Game Show. Whilst he didn't give away any details, he did hint at a "Gears-like" control system.
Colour us intrigued.
