EA has announced Command and Conquer: Red Alert is now available to download for free.
The news was revealed yesterday on the official Command and Conquer website, as part of the C&C 13th anniversary celebrations. EA also confirmed that customers who pre-order Red Alert 3 from participating retailers will receive Red Alert 2 for free.
Those who pre-order will also receive a number of exclusive goodies including a Red Alert retrospective and an exclusive multiplayer/skirmish map.
Red Alert 3 is due for release on PC and Xbox 360 on 28 October.
