Xbox 360 Goes Coin-Op
28 Aug 2008 by Andy AldersonA coin-op version of the Xbox 360 will soon be made available, according to Kotaku.
The Arcade Station T2 is a traditional upright cabinet featuring two Xbox 360 controllers and memory card slots. The unit, developed by home arcade manufacturer Quasimoto Interactive, will apparently be fully licensed by Microsoft and will support system link gaming.
Kotaku, via the Stinger Report, reports that the Arcade Station T2 will work on the "play-for-time" (as opposed to "pay-to-play") and could feature games like Halo 3, Fifa '08, Asssassin's Creed and Devil May Cry 4.
