Need For Speed Undercover Details Revealed

EA and Black Box have revealed more details about their upcoming racing title, Need For Speed Undercover (NFSU).

In an attempt to take NFSU "back to the franchise's roots", Black Box have brought back high-speed police chases and introduced the new "Heroic Driving Engine" which will generate high performance moves at incredible speeds.

The Tri-City Bay area will contain over 80 miles of road, including a huge highway system which promises to make for some intense police chases. The AI is said to be "agressive and intelligent" and the cops will take you down "by any means necessary".

NFSU will still contain the customisation options that are a staple of the series as well as featuring licensed cars like the Audi R8 and the BMW M6.

Need For Speed Undercover is due for release on DS, PC, PSP, PS2, PS2, Wii and Xbox 360 on 21 November.
