You could be able to download Burnout Paradise as soon as this autumn if plans by Criterion come to fruition.

Or should we say fall...?  Read on.

The announcement was made on the PlayStation Blog, and with reference only to the US store.  Still no word from Sony (their probably all in Leipzig right now) confirming that this is just a US thing, but we’ve put a call in.

So if you’re state side, you can expect the full game at a cheaper price with all the updates, including the Davis update.  There are also plans for motorbikes, planes and even another island.
