An EA insider has apparently revealed a few details about the upcoming Batman Dark Knight game.

According to Kotaku, the insider confirmed the lack of information surrounding the title is due to some siginificant quality issues.

A large proportion of the game is reportedly set in a GTA-style open-world Gotham City, which Batman must traverse with the Batmobile and also a grappling hook system. The major problems apparently involve a shonky camera and repetitive hand-to hand combat. It sounds as if the developer, Pandemic, has a lot of work to do.

As previously reported, the gap between the release of the film and the game has cost EA around $100 million.
