Square Enix’s newest Final Fantasy remake title will be ready for release on the 5th September.

The game will be platform specific, meaning that we’ll get the touch screen stuff as well as the not so touchy screen stuff.  The game will be vamped with new artwork and voiced cut-scenes, as well as some exclusive DS content.

Final Fantasy iV follows the story of Cecil, a disgraced knight who’s sent on a mission to slay a beast by his king.  Only you will know if he makes it.  That’s because you’re him.

No really, you are.

So go find that beast.

And kill it.
