Jeff Kaplan, the lead designer at WoW, has confirmed in a forum post that there are plans to speed up levelling in the 60-70 range in Wrath of the Lich King.
Kaplan went on to say that the team were “still adjusting” to the change and were waiting for feedback from players. All high-level content from the current expansion will be included as beta test players had noticed faster progression in The Burning Crusade.
