Capcom Announces Dead Rising Wii

Capcom has officially announced Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop is in development for the Wii.

The Wii version of the popular zombie basher will make use of the Resident Evil 4 Wii game engine and will allow players to shoot, slash and throw weapons using the Wiimote. Capcom is also promising to tweak the mission structure and save function to make it a less frustrating experience than the Xbox 360 version.

The screenshots released yesterday don't look too bad, despite the noticeably lower zombie count. Check them out on our game page.
