Blizzard Confirms Game Announcement this Weekend

Blizzard's Rob Pardo has been attending the GDC in Paris and GI has posted a quote from Pardo which confirms that a new Blizzard title will be released this weekend at the WWI event which is also being held in Paris. Pardo addressed the audience saying:

"So you want me to announce the game before our announcement? No offense, but I think there's like 300 people here, and I'll be ripped apart by 8000 people there [at the Invitational] if Ipre-announce it - but it's going to be really exciting. I think everybody here will be really excited about the announcement."

Straight from the horse's mouth. No more 'will they won't they?', it's coming and we are putting good money down on Diablo III based on what we know so far and from the tips we have received here at IncGamers in the past 24 hours.
