Blizzard has released the v1.12 patch for their classic Diablo II. The new patch gives Diablo II players the ability to play the game with no CDs making it much easier to get your Diablo II up and running.
Is this the first step towards a new Diablo announcement at the WWI in just over a week's time? Are Blizzard giving Diablo players easy access to the old game as they know something is about to be announced? OK, that may be stretching things a bit but it shows that Blizzard are keen to keep the Diablo community happy.
The patch is available as soon as you log on to Battle.net and Diabloii.Net has all the details on how to get the new patch installed.
