`Alone in the Dark` Complete

Atari may not have a huge pool of AAA titles due for release but one game that has received some notable attention is Alone in the Dark. The news from the Atari and developer Eden Games is that the game is now complete.

The game is now on track to ship 20 June in Europeand 24 June in North America for Xbox 360, PC, Wii and PlayStation2 . The PS3version wil be released slightly later and is scheduled for an autumn 2008 release.

“With its genre-busting mix of gameplay, wide-screen presentation styleand DVD chapter select feature putting the player in control, Alone inthe Dark will thrill all gamers,” said Phil Harrison, President ofInfogrames Entertainment. “It’s a game which will challenge the playerbut also reward them with a one-of-a-kind video game experience and ahuge amount of fun.”
