It begins stating that “EA would like to set the record straight on a number of errors and misstatements” that Fox News had reported on the story and characters in ‘Mass Effect’.
The network commented that the game included “full digital nudity and sex”, claiming that players could engage in sexual activities and that it was being marketed to children and teenagers.
Brown states that the game has a Mature rated title and then turns the tables on the network, comparing the game’s content to shows on the Fox Network.
“As video games continue to take audiences away from television, we expect to see more TV news stories warning parents about the corrupting influence of interactive entertainment. But this represents a new level of recklessness.”
Here here I say! Has anyone seen TV show’s or films recently? Oh, no, probably why Fox are so irritated…
